I've had the pleasure of working with Sequoia through three home renovations. The owner and designer, Jomo, is friendly and full of great ideas. I couldn't believe what he was able to deliver within my budgets. His crew is courteous and they do a wonderful job of cleaning up the job site and surrounding areas each day. Sequoia assisted in the acquisition and complete renovation of my two-unit property in 2018. Upon completion, I was able to advertise and secure a tenant for the rental unit at the top of the market. Sequoia created beautiful and comfortable spaces for, both, my family and my tenant. The project was completed within budget and the given timeline.
